TERMS AND CONDITIONS (April 2020):
  • Customization’s not completed by Oak Hall Group are not covered in standard support. We will, however, evaluate customization’s and provide recommendations. 
  • Clients with Implementation projects with Oak Hall will have access to the support system and knowledgebase for the period defined in your contract without additional fee.
  • All Support Agreements must be paid in full before the period begins.
  • No refunds for partial months.
  • Requests for custom reports, new development, new module/area implementation requests require a service agreement and not included in support. 

Our Support Team is located across the US. Hours of support are Monday-Friday 8a-8p US Eastern. If you have an emergency after hours situation, call the office and leave a message and someone will contact you within 2 hours.
