This plan offers a flat fee per month for unlimited support. This plan is for support only and does not include new services (implementations, full data migration projects, new install training, etc). Clients on this plan are offered priority level support. This plan can be utilized by partners as well to provide support to your end clients. With this plan, you will also have the ability to download templates for user instructions, data migration mapping files, and more. You can also call us to purchase this plan.
    This plan allows for Oak Hall to become your IT Help Desk for D365 products. Aligning to your Dynamics 365 license counts, users can gain support anytime during the month for unlimited requests. The rate is per licensed user per month for any license type. Please note your final invoice amount will be settled out with your initial purchase to your Dynamics license count. Fee for all license counts are required before support services will begin. If you sign up for licensing online, we try to have all final invoices available within 4 hours, once your balance is paid, your support will begin. With this plan, you will also have the ability to download templates for user instructions, data migration mapping files, and more.
    This option allows for 25 hours of support by our team. This support can include training, documentation, and bug/hot fix review. Customization requests are not included in this option.
    This option allows for a single support case to be worked by our Help Desk team. Customization's not developed by our team are not included in this option. This option generally is used for specific use training/how-to or documentation support. Max of 1 hour for each incident.
